Recent projects include:

• auditing and strategic planning around specialized services and MTSS for a large charter school network

• designing e-learning modules on various topics: culturally and linguistically diverse learners, special education processes and practices, MTSS, and racial equity

• facilitating data-driven and community-driven racial equity planning for a large high school district

• developing and implementing a district-wide logic model to address disproportionality

• developing an implementation plan for improved instruction and transition planning for incarcerated individuals with disabilities

• leading continuous improvement work with charter management organizations across the country

• coaching school and district leaders around inclusive practices and systems planning

• designing program content for a national organization that cultivates equity-centered school and district leaders

• designing anti-racist, anti-ableist learning modules, tools, and assessments for a national organization 

• designing an inclusive emotional support program for a high school district

• designing and emceeing large in-person convenings for schools, leaders, and funders

• leading professional development for schools and education organizations
